Registration
The following steps outline the process for registering to join our class action.
Step 1: Send us your information as requested in the form at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Once we receive your information we will mail you the full registration package which includes an authorization requesting our firm to include you in our class action lawsuit. Registration packages are sent out within 5 days of receiving your submission.
Step 3: Complete the registration package and return it to our office.
Step 4: After reviewing your completed registration package, we will determine if you can be part of our class action.
Please Note: You do not need to register with our office to receive compensation should a settlement eventually be reached with the Government. However, we encourage anyone who has not registered with KPMG for the Red Cross settlement, or with any other provincial class action, to register with our office. This will assist us in more accurately determining the number of victims who are not included in the "window period" and, in the event of a future settlement, will also assist the Government in determining the amount of money to place into any settlement program.
